Getting there
There are a number of airlines that fly regularly from the UK to Cyprus, departing from a range of UK regional airports. Cheap flights from the UK to Cyprus are becoming more available as the budget airlines are now flying to the island.
A brief scan of the internet shows that travellers willing to depart from London airports have the greatest range of options available. Lufthansa, Tarom, Thomas Cook Airlines and Austrian Airlines all operate regular scheduled flights from London to Larnaca, but there are numerous flights from Manchester, Birminham, Humberside and Doncaster.
Paphos, an alternative airport to Larnaca in southern Cyprus, is served by British Airways, budget operator BMI, VLM and Air Berlin, amongst others.
