This exclusive 2 bedroom apartment located in Kapparis, near the town of Paralimni has a large spacious veranda, private parking and views towards the sea, the swimming pool and the resort's beautiful gardens it is located in one of the most scenic areas of Protaras, 15Km from Aiya Napa, offering panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.
Our Ground Floor Apartment:
The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor and consists of open plan living-dining -kitchen area, there are 2 double bedrooms (1 opens onto the verandah) and a further double sofa-bed in the lounge which also opens out to the verandah which is 26m square of outside space to relax in. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower over and all rooms are air conditioned. We also have a covered car parking space if you hire a vehicle during your stay (which we can arrange if required).

The complex is set in beautiful gardens has a large swimming pool with smaller children's pool, a pool bar, gym, sauna, outside showers & WC. There is also a children's outdoor play area and a playroom.
